If you wanted to purchase the White House, located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C., you would need approximately $300 million according to real estate website Zillow.com:


“It currently features 55,000 square feet of indoor space, 132 total rooms, 35 bathrooms, 16 bedrooms, three kitchens and 18 acres of premium, downtown Washington, DC, land.”

To be exact, the White House is currently valued at $294.9 million and the Obamas increased the value of the White House by seven percent since the First Family moved in.
