What drew you to this project?
My friend, actor Mel Jackson, shared his vision with me for over a year. When it started to manifest, I received a call from him inviting me to be a part of it. With the vision and spirit of Mel, Sharon [Thomlinson], and Breyuna [Williams] along with other actors participating, I was delighted to come and offer my service, which would bring something new, different and great to the entertainment industry.


Where you were born and raised?
I was born, raised, and currently live in Chicago, or should I say I live now in a western suburb just outside of Chicago.

What do you hope viewers walk away with after seeing this project?
I hope viewers walk away with answers to the many problems, issues, and trials they’re experiencing. We hope to minister to the mass through the writing, producing, and acting and set a trend where our audience will have a different perspective, one that doesn’t promote the negativity that has been portrayed in movies, sitcoms, and projects prior.


Who are your personals idols in the industry?
I’ll just say Denzel Washington.

Performer you would drop everything to go see:
Mary J Blige. It’s like ever since I was young, she told a story that I loved. When she sings, her voice speaks to me.

Pop culture guilty pleasure:
I love watching a lot of reality shows such as “Bad Girls Club,” “Real World,” “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” “Mob Wives Chicago.”

What’s on your music playlist?
Only gospel and love songs

MAC or PC?
I’m starting to become a believer now, so Mac.

Worst job you ever had:
I haven’t. I’ve always loved what I chose to do, never settle and always went for what I enjoyed.

Three things you can’t live without:
My spiritual connection with God, cellphone and car.
