Pittsburgh Steelers fans can keep up the team spirit with these cocktails that fit the team image perfectly. For the team with strength of steel, the Steel Helmet is perfect it is short and on the rocks just like running back Rashard Mendenhall.
The Steel Helmet is essentially a White Russian with a float of Galliano liqueur on top.
1 ounce Grey Goose vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur
milk or cream to fill
Build the vodka, coffee liqueur and milk or cream in an old-fashioned glass.
Float Galliano on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
A Black & Gold is a super easy cocktail that makes a dramatic statement, both in taste and look.
2 ounces Blavod vodka
1 ounce Goldschlager
Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with Goldschlager.

3 ounces brandy
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon sugar
dash of water
lemon peel for garnish
Place the sugar cube at the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
Saturate the cube with the water and bitters.
Muddle these ingredients.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Add the brandy.
Garnish with a lemon peel.

10 ounces Midori Melon liqueur
5 ounces Grey Goose vodka
2 ounces orange Juice
Recipe Makes a large quantity. For individual servings decrease to 2 ounces Midori, 1 ounce vodka and a splash of OJ. Combine Midori and vodka first and then add in orange juice.
