The United Negro College Fund Mayor’s reception held Nov. 1, 2007, at Soldier Field Stadium was hosted by Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley. The UNCF benefit raised money for the organization’s scholarship fund while providing a fun environment for giving. Entertainment was provided by Joan Collaso and DJ Eric Daniels. -bernard williams
