Vince and Tamar Selling L.A. Mansion for $7.5 Million: An Inside Look
Tamar and Vince Selling California Home
After living in their humble abode only a little over a year, Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert have listed their sprawling Hidden Hills, Calif., estate for a whopping $7.5 million. The couple, who star on “Vince & Tamar,” bought the home in September of 2011.
For potential buyers who can afford the hefty asking price, they can look forward to five bedrooms, six full and two half bathrooms, an entry with twin curved staircases and inlaid marble floor and formal living and dining rooms. Additionally the home has a paneled library, center island kitchen with carved corbels, a wood-paneled home theater with a 125-inch screen and pub/game room with a hand-carved wet bar. The Herbert estate also boasts five fireplaces, an elevator and pool with a raised spa.
Since news of the listing hit the net, rumors have swirled that the Braxton and her hubby were splitting. Not so says Tamar herself, who’s since posted Twitter messages about her happy life with her husband. “She’s off to
#Vincentland! Sleep tight!,” she wrote Wednesday.
