The Sapranos was a huge staple of office cooler and weekend conversations when it become an HBO hit in 1999. Gandolfini played Tony Saprano, a New Jersey mob boss who you loved, hated and somedays loved to hate. He was alternately a caring father and ruthless mob boss. This show took mainstream America straight into the living room of the Mob world of modern gangsters from a much more holistic way than just the “mob operations” type shows with good guys vs bad guys. The entire Saprano family, while not quite front and center in the show, was always an important juxtaposition as Tony moved between his “Mob Life” and “Family Life”. The show ran until 2007.

Dwyane Wade’s alleged mistress expecting?

Dwyane Wade allegedly cheated on Gabrielle Union with a woman who is reportedly expecting his child. If you believe gossip rags, the answer to that is yes.

According to Mouth2Ears.com, an unidentified Miami woman is expecting the baller’s third child. The extremely skimpy report also claims that the woman’s pregnancy is affecting Wade’s performance in the NBA finals. Furthermore, the site says Wade’s infidelity is why Union has been posting happy photos from the set of Think Like a Man Too. This, of course, makes absolutely no sense.

In February, Union faced another shady mistress report when a letter to Wade reportedly sent out by another woman was released. In the letter, the woman alleged that she had been in the baller’s bedroom and described seeing photographs of him with several celebrities and a photo album Union gifted him with on Valentine’s day.

“Dear bats— crazy loon, u seemed to have forgotten that u used the ‘valentine’ pic on another blog last year when u claimed I was cheating. Take ur meds…,” wrote Union in response to the letter. “Once again…just cuz loons are talkin, u aint got to listen especially when they can’t keep their lies straight …”

Union is (as yet), undeterred by the latest mistress news. On Tuesday, the supportive girlfriend was tweeting about the Miami Heat’s latest win against the San Antonio Spurs.

Paula Deen says she used the N-word, wanted staff to dress as slaves

After excerpts of a deposition of a popular chef was released, social media exploded with outraged fans voicing their opinions.

On May 17 Paula Deen was deposed by attorneys for Lisa Price, the former manager of Paula’s Savannah, Georgia restaurant who claimed use of the n-word by Deen and sexual harassment of her brother Bubba Heirs in a $1.2 million lawsuit.

Now according to the National Enquirer, Deen admitted to outlandishly racist behavior during her three hour long questioning.

While under oath, Deen was forced to admit that she’s made racist jokes that included use of the N-word.

“Yes of course,” said Deen when asked if she’d used the slur. “It’s just what they are — they’re jokes…most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks…I can’t determine what offends another person.”

Furthermore, she admitted at one time to wanting staff to dress like slaves at an upcoming wedding after getting the idea from a restaurant she dined at with her husband.

“The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie,” said Deen according to the National Enquirer.

“I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America…after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War…It was not only black men, it was black women…I would say they were slaves.”

Twitter of course has been on fire with angered people offering their reactions to the news.

Furthermore, a hashtag titled “#PaulasBestDishes” has since surfaced gibing about dishes with racist titles that Deen might make in her kitchen. Examples include ‘Cotton pickin’ peach tea’ and ‘I can’t believe they freed you–fried chicken.’

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have not sent an official release yet since the birth of their daughter, whose name is suspected to be Kaidence Donda West. The K is symbolic considering the Kardashians’ history of K-names and Donda is a tribute to Kanye’s late mother, Dr. Donda West. Kim did however, reach out to Ryan Seacrest expressing her shock to delivering her daughter 5 weeks early, “Can’t believe it! It’s so crazy!” He read the email on his morning show a few days ago. The baby girl weighs “just under 5 pounds,” according to E! News.

The family has a corner maternity suite at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in New York which costs $4,030 a day. Larsa Pippen, wife of former NBA player Scottie Pippen, “She’s just so beautiful,” she says of the baby. And Kanye is very excited, “He doesn’t leave the room. He’s, like, in love with the baby. She’s so cute,” Pippen told E! News.
