First lady Michelle Obama is known for wearing sleeveless shirts and dresses that show off her toned biceps.

Michelle keeps herself healthy with 5 a.m. workouts and eating five meals a day. She uses tips from her trainer, Cornell McClellan, to help keep her arms toned whether in the gym or away with just a set of rubber bands and a jump rope in her bag.

“I might do a 30-minute routine that includes a minute of jumping jacks alternating with a minute of pushups, or however many you can do, and then some sit-ups. And you keep doing that circuit again and again, and you’ll find that you’re going to build up a lot of sweat,” she says.

Since stepping foot in the White House, Michelle has made it clear where she stands in regards to childhood obesity and the importance of teaching kids to eat healthy and stay active.

She continues to set an example not only to her own children but to children around the U.S. as she often attends schools and camps and even invites groups to the White House to teach kids how to grow a garden.

Check out photos of Michelle Obama as she travels the U.S not only talking to kids about the importance of being healthy but also joining in on the fun of exercising.
