Who would have imagined an African American young man from West Virginia, who grew up in Detroit, would wow the panel and win America’s heart on this past season of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” with his renditions of Frank Sinatra classics? Murphy’s delivery is so flawless and punctuated that you have to listen very carefully to know it’s him singing and not Sinatra.

Landau visited Chicago’s The Music Experience and like his other performances, captured the audience with his down-to-earth personality and stunning voice. –tony binns
