Don’t let these fine men fool you. Outside of the studio, newcomer August Alsina isn’t really feeling Trey Songz and his alleged big ego. R&B heavy hitter Trey Songz and Alsina recorded a remix to Alsina’s hit record, “I Luv This S—,” which quickly became a radio hit. Unfortunately, their success was short-lived as the two just can’t seem to get along.

In a recent interview with Rap-Up, the New Orleans native revealed his true feeling for Songz. “I don’t really f— with Trey right now. We don’t get along right now. We ain’t on the same page. He did some other s— and we just don’t rock,” he said.

“We were supposed to have a show together and it just went left ’cause I can’t deal with n—as egos and attitudes ’cause I’m just a real n—a comin’ through and I’m rockin’.”

Rumor has it that Trey became upset when he found out he was hitting the stage before August at a show (as if he were the “opening” act). August later states in the interview, that he refused to hit the stage with Songz because he wasn’t going to perform with someone who has a problem with him.

That’s just too bad. We’re sure these two had several more hits up their sleeves. Will they be able to patch things up or can we expect a little reaction from Trigga? Stay tuned … –ruthie hawkins/@ruubabie
