It’s well-known that Oprah’s staff works really hard for their boss and in return, Oprah showers them with extravagant gifts and benefits. But in 2009, Oprah gave her employees the office gift to beat all office gifts when she decided to give her staff of more than 100 employees a 10-day luxury, all-expenses paid, Mediterranean cruise, at approximately $5,400 a pop, aboard the Norwegian Gem.
