It makes perfect sense that Snoop Dogg would collaborate musically with Charlie Sheen, seeing how both have a penchant for  ingesting illegal substances, hosting wild parties and are very prolific skirt chasers.

As it stands, this Charlie Sheen national tour is really getting as outrageous as his hotel escapades and TV interviews. Media confirms that the fired star of “Two and a Half Men” will record a Rob Patterson-produced track that will feature guest star Snoop.

The song will be part of Charlie ‘Winning!’ Sheen’s My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Death is Not an Option tour. The one-man national show is slated to kick off Saturday, April 2, in Detroit.

The news arrived after Sheen posted a picture of himself, Snoop Dogg and Patterson on his Twitter last week along with the caption, “Warlock meets his makers-music makers that is @SnoopDogg @robpatterson666 get ready to rock the Sheenius within! twitpic.com/4d9cw1.”

This is not a bad move for Snoop Dogg; he can glean from some of that Sheen shine while investing little or no risk if the song bombs. The high-profile collaboration is a nice companion piece for Doggfather’s recently released CD, The Doggumentary, and plans on shooting a comedy with fellow stoner rapper and protege Wiz Khalifa this May.

In the meantime, Sheen’s Torpedo tour will blow through 20 North American cities before wrapping up May 3 in Seattle.
