Michael Jackson’s legendary former mother-lover-friend, Diana Ross, has agreed to the new custodial arrangement for the King of Pop’s three children.

Ross, who has next authority after Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, to care for his children per his will, is said to be in agreement with the newly proposed custodial arrangement that stipulates that Paris, Prince Michael and Prince “Blanket” Michael II will have two adults caring for them, Katherine and cousin T.J. Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito.

“Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement. She only wants what is best for the children. Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn’t been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

A judge stripped Katherine of her guardianship over the children because she disappeared for nearly two weeks and Michael’s children could not reportedly reach her.

Katherine was considered derelict in fulfilling her custodial duties and thereby her absence was considered to be an “intentional act from third parties.”  Subsequently, the judge awarded temporary guardianship of the children to T.J.

Since then, the clan — who is known for keeping family business under wraps — have allegedly exhibited peculiar behavior.

The Jackson siblings have been battling over Michael’s will, charging that it is not authentic. Janet reportedly struck her niece Paris, which Paris has denied herself on Twitter, arguing over a cell phone, and even calling her out of her name. T.J. reportedly put Uncle Randy in a headlock and punched another Uncle, Jermaine, in the mouth. None of this has been corroborated but continues to be reported on tabloid websites.
