What drives and inspires you as a new artist?
I drive me. My life, my stories, my struggles drives me! I love to express my true feelings through music,
What is the most important thing you want others to know about you?
I want people to know that I’m just like them. I am strong, fair, have a good balance of pride, [and I'm] caring and confident. I am human.
How do you stay in your lane as an artist?
I know the balance I need as an artist and producer when it comes to overexposing myself. I do me and reinvent myself when it’s time to do that.
What is your biggest challenge as an artist?
To get people in the music industry to give an independent artist a chance because these people try to pick what songs they like versus letting the song get out to the public — who is the ultimate decision maker of whether a song is a hit or not.
How do you describe your music?
My music is refreshing. The subject matter of my music depends on my mood or something I’ve experienced. Sometimes I can be very serious, then turn around and act like a clown. My music is a true reflection of me; get familiar with my music and you will get to know me.
Give us three tips on how to be successful as an independent artist:
Build your team, be great not good, know who you are as an artist and your product, and never ever take no for an answer.
I’m a better man today because: GOD giving me his breath of life and [the] birth of my daughter, she put my life in even more perspective.

Top three things to do on an off day: Spend time with my daughter and family. Creating a new song and clearing my mind by working out.
