Rapper Yung Teddy murdered in Atlanta (photos)

UPDATE: Rising rapper Yung Teddy posted eerie and foreboding messages on his Instagram and Twitter accounts showing that people wanted him dead just hours before he was found shot to death in a suburban Atlanta home Wednesday night.

Police found 23-year-old rapper Yung Teddy, born Justin Mitchell, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound around 10:18 p.m. in Austell, Ga., a western suburb of Atlanta. Witnesses reported hearing shots fired in a home and saw two suspects fleeing the scene of the crime immediately afterwards.

Atlanta’s 11 Alive television news station reports that Cobb County (Ga.) and Austell police are on the look out for two suspects:“the first [suspect] is described as a black man with a thin build, between 20 and 23 years old, and about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, dark pants and a black beanie hat. He was armed with a handgun.


“The second suspect is a black man, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-6 tall. He was last seen wearing a multicolored beanie hat and a navy blue bandana covering his face.”

According to a bio on his Myspace page, Yung Teddy has been in the rap game since the age of 10. His first mixtape, “Almost Famous,” was released summer 2006.
