Rick Ross Accused of Murder?

OK  so apparently Rick Ross has been accused and named in a lets just say, “wrongful death” lawsuit filed by one of his Atlanta neighbors. Is the lawsuit for the wrongful death of a Ricky Rozay hater? No, more so like a lawsuit for the death of a little doggy. (sigh)The lawsuit was filed after three of the rappers’ Pit-bulls fatally injured his neighbors’ dog after escaping from his Atlanta mansion. According to TMZ , the dog’s owner claims that Ross allowed his three pets to enter her property and ferociously attack her Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie) back in April.

The Cazal face-tattoo bearing rapper’s dogs have been accused of leaving the Yorkie with “three large bite wounds on his back” as well as a “very large bite wound” on the dog’s neck. Police were called and managed to free little Banks from the Pitbulls, but because of the extreme nature of the wounds, it was said that the dog would not have been able to fully recover from the attack so he was later relieved from his misery and put to sleep. (Good thing all dogs go to heaven. Womp, womp.)

Anyway, the owner is furious that Ross has not yet apologized for the incident which is part of the reason why she decided to officially move forward with this lawsuit, despite Rick Ross being previously cited for the incident. She is currently seeking $15,000 in damages. Cha-ching!
