Usher Cries in Courtroom

The ongoing court drama between Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka, is obviously wearing thin on the R&B star. He’s been spotted shedding tears in an Atlanta courtroom. Usher and Tameka Foster are squaring off again this week in their ongoing child custody drama. As previously reported, the court proceedings have taken a nasty turn and last week a marriage therapist testified that the R&B singer slept with two of Foster’s bridesmaids. If that confession wasn’t scandalous enough, Usher later testified that Foster spat at and threw food at his current girlfriend, Grace Miguel.

With those painful memories rehashed and new allegations of less than stellar parenting, Usher broke down Monday under questioning by Foster’s attorney. TMZ reports that the R&B star became so enraged that he wept after Tameka Foster’s representative insinuated that he cared more about partying than caring for his two young sons. When the lawyer asked the singer to time stamp photos of him enjoying a night out overseas this year, Usher quickly cut her off and wiped away tears saying, “I can just answer that question. I was actually in Holland, I was in Holland when these pictures were taken.” He was then admonished for interrupting the attorney and remained quiet while the questioning continued.
