Wyclef Jean’s Alleged Mistresses Fight Back for Respect; FBI Involved

Wyclef Jean

The two women romantically linked to Wyclef Jean have gone on the offensive to take back their self-respect.

Lisa Ellis, the ex-manager whose leaked nude photos caused all kinds of thunder and lightning to strike throughout Wyclef’s home when it was found by his wife, has gone to the Department of Justice and the FBI to tell them that someone at Sony Music must have “Illegally disseminated a nude photo of her.”

Ellis is irate that the black-and-white portrait, which was done by photographer Mark Baptiste, was stolen from her and emailed throughout the music industry. The photos caused Wyclef’s wife to fly in a “jealous rage,” the New York Daily News reported, and to demand that he fire the alleged paramour.

Ellis wants a complete investigation by federal authorities, replete with prosecution for what she considers is a crime.

“It’s a cyber crime. It’s a felony. It’s a stolen copyrighted [image],” says Ellis, who thinks someone at Sony Music, where she used to be an executive VP, leaked he pics. “”I don’t have the photo myself. Mark did not send the photo out. I am being attacked for no reason.”

The other alleged jump-off chick, Zakiya Khatou-Chevassus, the VP of Wyclef’s Yele Haiti Foundation, is volleying back allegations that her high salary was to help compensate for her many bedroom acrobatics with Wyclef.

Tax papers obtained by TheSmokingGun.com reported that Khatou-Chevassus was paid an eyebrow-raising $105,000 in 2008. It didn’t help that Gawker.com said a source told them that the amount is three times what was paid to program director Suzie Sylvain, who was “actually keeping the organization running.”

A Yele rep released this statement in an effort to quell the innuendos. “We need to stop talking about Zakiya other than to praise her managerial skills,” said the rep for the charity, which reports raising $9,139,324 for relief activities since Haiti’s January earthquake. “She is immensely proud of her professional collaboration with Wyclef Jean, and with members of his family, including his wife, Claudinette. Let’s get back to work.” –terry shropshire
