Ludacris reveals he’s all about that bass. The Furious 7 star, who’s been making rounds for the release of his eighth studio album, Ludaversal, recently stopped by the E! News studio where he spilled the beans on which artist he hopes to collaborate with in the near future 1 and the answer may shock you.

“I heard Meghan Trainor expressed some interest in wanting to work with me, so maybe we can make a great collaboration,” Ludacris (whose real name Chris Bridges), who is also promoting his forthcoming film, Furious 7, told E! News. “It just depends on what the song sounds like.”

We can totally see this happening. After all, if Jay Z could collaborate with the late Amy Winehouse and Sam Smith with Mary J. Blige (the list goes on), there could be a massive hit here.

As for what we can expect from his latest release, “Therapy! That’s what music is all about,” he explained. “You should be able to listen to music and it lowers your blood pressure, it makes you feel better about yourself.”

Ludaversal, which was released March 31, follows four long years after the release of the rapper’s certified gold album, Battle of the Sexes, a project produced solely for his loyal fans
