President Barack Obama has been touching a lot of U.S. citizens lately. While we’ve been accustomed to seeing Obama deal with the recent international issues, this week, we’ve seen President Obama hitting the streets to meet the people. Last week, the president was spotted with Counselor to the President, John Podesta, greeting people as they walked from the White House to the Department of Interior in D.C. The next day, Obama landed in  Cooperstown, New York. to tour the Baseball Hall of Fame, where he was photoed looking at Hall of Famer Jackie Robinson’s jersey with Baseball Hall of Fame President Jeff Idelson and Hall of Famer Andre Dawson.

Just before the weekend hit, President Obama had breakfast at Chicago’s Valois Restaurant, and of course, took photos with people who patiently waited outside of the restaurant. The president didn’t travel alone this week. First lady Michelle Obama joined her husband on his trip to Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia and posed for a photo with him and TAPS Kids from Vice President John Biden’s cellphone. A senior advisors’ meeting brought Obama briefly back to the White House on Tuesday before he took a flight out to West Point, New York for the United States Military Academy at West Point’s commencement.
