Chris Brown Launches ‘Dum English’ Toys at TAG in L.A.

Chris Brown was recently spotted on Melrose in Hollywood signing autographs for his new children’s toy line called Dum English. Brown has teamed up with legendary artist Ron English to help make this dream a reality.
