Some of the happiest mothers in Los Angeles were those who were treated to Mother’s Day Jazz and Blues at the newly remodeled Ford Amphitheater in Hollywood.

This afternoon event from 3 to 8 p.m.was really a big picnic in disguise where everyone brings their own … food, family and beverages. Derrick Pipkin’s Pips Entertainment supplied all the live entertainment you could take. The musical lineup started with Joe Kincaid and the Soul Brothers and ended with legendary jazz songstress Barbara Morrison with Hope Flood, Madamad, and more making an appearance.
