Mariah Carey was spotted in France at the Nice Cote d’Azur airport with her twins Monroe and Moroccan as Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am joined in the festivities of the Queen’s Jubilee this week with celebrities like Elton John, Robbie Williams, and, of course, Prince William.
