The Painted Nail owner, Katie Cazorla, just ended the second season of her hit reality television series “Nail Files” on the TV Guide Network. Cazorla stopped in Chicago to share the love and decorate some lucky nails.  In this season’s final episode, Cazorla, the manicurist to Hollywood stars, offended her much-older fiance Walter who threatened to walk out on her just as she began to explore launching a second nail salon in Miami.
