President Barack Obama Visits Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan

President Barack Obama delivered an address on U.S. policy and the war in Afghanistan during his visit to Bagram Air Base in Kabul, Afghanistan. During his visit, Obama met with Afghan President Hamid Karzai, and signed a U.S.-Afghanistan strategic partnership agreement.
