Girlfriends trip 2013: Homeless, hassled and happy at the presidential inauguration
Girlfriends having a ball in D.C.

Here, blogger Reporter Mom shares her story about a trip to Washington, D.C. with girlfriends (and husbands) and teenage daughter for the 57 Presidential Inauguration. Traveling from Dallas, Tex. she and her crew truly had an adventure, between finding out that they didn’t have a place to stay when they got there (homeless and hassled), to an amazing time had attending unlikely balls and events seeing old, making new friends and rubbing elbows with celebrities (happy).
