Former Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan played the race card to explain why he and Mitt Romney lost the election to incumbent President Obama.

In his first interview since the massacre on Election Day, Ryan’s resentments and disgruntled disposition were evident as he stumbled over political incorrectness to rationalize why they got beat down in the Electoral College when Fox News and their advisers guaranteed a Romney-Ryan victory.

Speaking with Wisconsin CBS affiliate WISC-TV about the election, Ryan admitted that he was “surprised” by the president’s decisive win last week, “We were surprised at the outcome. We knew this was gonna be a close race. We thought we had a very good chance of winning it. I’m very fortunate to have had this experience, but losing never feels good.”

When asked to elaborate on specifically what determined the Election Day turnout, Ryan gave this explanation:
