Two “Blood, Sweat and Heels” cast mates got into a heated brawl on Tuesday night, Oct. 21 which ended with Geneva Thomas being arrested and charged with felony assault for hitting fellow cast member Melyssa Ford over the head with a bottle.
Law enforcement officials tells media Thomas and Ford were on a boat in New York during a taping of their reality show when they got into a an argument, that escalated to the point where Ford was hit with a bottle.
