‘Single Ladies’ Star Stacey Dash Denies Having Plastic Surgery, Reveals the Secret to Staying Young

Stacey Dash has revealed her beauty secrets to the masses. For years we have all been captivated by the actress’s beauty and charm in film and on television. From playing opposite Damon Wayans in ‘Mo’ Money’ (1992) to being Kanye West’s love interest in his “All Falls Down” video (2003) and now co-starring alongside Lisa Raye McCoy in VH1’s new hit series “Single Ladies,” we’d all agree that she had to have thrown back a full glass of water from the fountain of youth or either she’s best friends with Jesus.

Her age was never really a secret, it was more like a mystery in that we never really knew how old she was. Many of us appropriately assumed that she was always 20 something. It seemed that as years passed by and everyone else aged, Ms. Dash who is now 45 and a mother, simply didn’t — time stood still as she miraculously maintained her small, petite frame and smooth skin. Dash reveals to “Access Hollywood” remedies that many of us wouldn’t fathom using in order to maintain our youthfulness:

“I live a healthy lifestyle. I don’t smoke, I drink occasionally and I try to be happy. [I recommend to others] to accept who you are, love who you are and love others because to me that’s what beauty is.”

Are you serious? Umm … no really … how do you do it Stacey Dash? Anyway, tell your plastic surgeon I said, “Hello.”

I think it’s much easier for men to appear younger because
at a certain age and after children women store fat cells and have difficulty
keeping off weight. Still, there are a few things that are universal. Here’s a
    few tips:

Garbage in, garbage out. Stay away from Mono
Sodium Glutamate (MSG), Aspartame and High Fructose Corn Syrup. Start reading
the backs of labels and avoid these things. If you are like I was, you’ll look
through your fridge and pantry and find out that you are actually addicted to
    many of these.

Keep the weight down. Stay away from cheese,
conventional milks, get your exercise, drink plenty of water in between meals
to avoid overeating. If you don’t like to work out, then dance, ride a bicycle
or find some sporting activity that will exhaust you and have you sweating.

Take care of your skin. Again water, facial
cleansers and trips to a good dermatologist to find out what products work for
your skin will help immensely. You may have to spend a little money here.

Sleep. Good rest helps reduce the baggy eye look
and will also revive your spirit and give you a youthful bounce.

Dress age appropriate. Let lazy thinkers pick
out all the trendy clothes and go find what works for you while mixing in a few
trendy things here and there with your outfits. Finding the right look for
yourself will actually age you down because you’ll look and feel comfortable
and that alone will give you a youthful swagger.

Good genes. There are no plastic surgeons that good.

I don’t understand what the big deal is with this she has black genes. I know many, many women that are over 40 and don’t have the celebrity money and you wouldn’t believe there age. That old adage black don’t crack still holds up today and if you are blessed to have a little more money it makes it even better

Black or not….no 45 year old has body skin that damn smooth and flawless.  She doesn’ even have moles or discoloration which is common with age in persons of all hues.  Look at her co-star LisaRaye who is 3 years younger but looks older.  Heck, Stacy even looks younger than her 29 year old costar Charity Che.  She had some work done.  Look at her boobs….they are not the boobs of a woman who has birthed 3 children. 😀

The thing is, women who have had plastic surgery don’t even look THIS GOOD and it’s often very noticeable when they’ve had work done because they don’t look how they USED TO  as opposed to Stacey (she looks EXACTLY the same as she always has).  No doctor is that good–i don’t care how much money you’ve got. I say it’s au naturel/genetic luck.

I can attest to her statement. Partying hard and not gettin enough nutrients age women faster than men. Couple that with stress and you’ll look older in no time. I speak from personal experience. I get carded and I’m 35. I’m mistaken on campus for a student when I make visits to my alma mater. I cleaned up my diet and fitness routine at 26 but still enjoy sweets(cookies and chocolate are my weakness). You can eat what you want given the right variables such as blood type, lifestyle, metabolic rate, and genetics. If you have the fat gene coursing in your veins, you cannot risk snacking on junk foods. Visit my blog at for tips
