Amber Rose Admits Her Pet Peed in Her Hair

Amber Rose has never been one to hold her tongue when it comes to, well, everything. Whether it’s about her heart-wrenching breakup with Kanye West or her fiery new love with her fiancé, Wiz Khalifa, Rose is unabashedly candid. And her raw nature was never more apparent than when she admitted to a hair-raising tale involving her pet cat and her weave ponytail.

Rose recently made an appearance on MTV’s newest segment, “BFF,” which is a sort of sister show to MTV News’ “First Dates.” Rose traveled with show host Rya Backer to the Institute of Culinary Education where the model/actress shared some fun bonding time with the cast and crew.

But it was one embarrassing story in particular that had everyone around Rose in stitches. Rose recalled an incident in her hometown of Philadelphia 10 years ago in which one of her pet cats had a, ahem, messy run in with one of her weaves.

“When I had hair, I had this weave ponytail that I used to put onto my real ponytail. And I grew up with two cats, Mitty and Fat Bettie,” she began. “I go out one day, I put my little weave ponytail in. I think I look fly as f—k,”

However, when Rose caught up with her friends, she caught a whiff of an unpleasant odor.

“I’m like, ‘Uh uhhhhhh, one of y’all b—ches smells like cat pee. This s—t is f—king gross!’” She paused for dramatic effect and then: “As I say that, I whip my ponytail around to walk away. My cat peed in my ponytail. … And then I gagged, and I just went home.”

Now, that’s just sad. It’s extremely funny, but sad.
