Instead of the traditional beef nachos, use diced or shredded chicken breast. Again add plain Greek yogurt, it is very similar to sour cream but has less sugar and fat. Use a low-fat or 2 percent shredded cheese. Lastly, pile it up with veggies — lettuce(romaine), tomatoes, black beans, black olives, onions and jalapenos (if you like it hot) and fresh salsa.
