Healthy alternatives to your favorite snacks


A great substitute for your normal bag of favorite flavored chips would be Sun Chips or another brand of whole or multigrain chip. Most have 20-30% less fat that your regular potato chip.  Another option is popcorn. Not popcorn loaded in butter of course. Popcorn comes in a variety of sizes so for a snack choose the mini bag to reduce calories even more.
