Water is always the best choice of beverage. Diet and regular sodas have both been linked to obesity and kidney issues. Regular soft drinks have also been linked to high blood pressure. Instead of drinking soda, try 100% fruit juices, in limited quantities or flavor your water. There are a number of ways to flavor your water, whether it’s with store bought items like Mio and Crystal Light or by adding fruits such as lemons, oranges or berries.
