Producer Paul Anderson gave his wife, Mila Jovich, a very unique antique ring when he proposed to her. The bling features a three-stone design with a yellow, pink and white diamond. Dating back to the 19th century, the ring is set in yellow gold and is courtesy of celeb jewelry designer Neil Lane.
