Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and other teenage killers

Eric Smith was only thirteen years old when he strangled, bludgeoned and sodomized a four year old. He was convicted of second-degree murder and is currently serving his life sentence Collins Correctional Facility, a medium security prison in Erie County New York.
