According to authorities the three men attacked the Spelman College student on campus in the East Suites/Chukwudi Ndudikwa’s attorney, Jackie Patterson says however, that her client will soon be vindicated. She also says that the alleged victim was high on the popular street drug Molly.

“My client never touched the alleged victim,” Patterson told  Tom Jones of WSB-TV. “This was a case where a young lady used very bad judgment by being high on Molly, which is a form of powdered Ecstasy.”

In addition to the three Morehouse basketball players, a football player is also being accused in a separate rape case.
