Sidney Starr joining ‘Love & Hip Hop’ cast?
Is a transgender model who previously lied about sleeping with a rapper joining a reality TV cast? That’s the question that’s being asked about a woman named Sidney Starr. Starr first came to light in 2010 after claiming that she and St. Louis emcee Chingy were an item, despite the fact that she was a transgender. The report plagued the rapper’s career and may or may not have played in role in his dwindling fame.
After later confessing that she made up the entire story, however, Starr faded into obscurity.
Fast-forward to 2013, and there are rumors circulating that the model-dancer is joining Mona Scott-Young’s “Love & Hip Hop” cast. Starr has already been spotted with Yandy Smith and Joseline Hernandez. She is also a close friend of Judi Jai of “Bad Girls Club” New Orleans.
Prior to rumors of her coming to VH1, Starr was desperately pleading with producers from Oxygen on Twitter to add her to the next season of “Bad Girls.”
“I wanna be a Bad Girl soo d— bad! @oxygen,” wrote Starr on Twitter. ” I’m the girl with that lil twist that BGC needs!”
She has since hinted at a possible stint on television as seen in the tweet below.
All I want is the Lights, Cameras, Fame and Action! Oh and the money!! 🙂 I’m a star in the making! I’m working on being on ur TVs next 🙂
