5 reasons the George Zimmerman prosecution case is in deep trouble

george zimmerman 2Even the prosecution’s effort to show that Zimmerman was an over-eager, wannabe cop backfired when a witness from the Sanford Police Department, testifying as part of the prosecution’s case, admitted that she tried to recruit Zimmerman for a citizen’s patrol and that “George was very professional, a little meek, really wanted to make community better.”

It’s pretty simple case, G. Zimmerman, is Guilty.

    1. He never should have gotten out of the car.
    2. He had a weapon and was the aggressor.
    3. Florida law – Stand your ground is for defense not aggression.
    4. 911 operator clearly opposed him leaving the vehicle.
    5. Prosecution is building a solid case of G. Zimmerman being the aggressor.

That’s a pretty easy case for any jury. Male, Female, White, Black Hispanic or Asian

Let’s be patient and allow the prosecution build its case, and not jump to (wishful?) conclusions.
