Usher’s son released from hospital

ushersonThe Usher Raymond-Tameka Raymond clan have to be suffering from post-traumatic syndrome after nearly losing a second son in the past year.

Thankfully, an observant friend was close by in the swimming pool where Usher Raymond V was playing when he reached down to retrieve a toy and got stuck in the drain. He was rescued by contractors who were at the house and they performed CPR on the 5-year-old before he was rushed to the hospital and placed in ICU.

A custody battle, which was already in progress, intensified after the averted tragedy.

If you recall, Tameka Raymond is still coming to grips with the tragic loss of her son Kile Glover from a 2012 jet ski accident in suburban Atlanta.

Usher’s son has been released from the hospital, according to, and was taken to play by family and friends.

After a week in the hospital, Usher Raymond V was seen with his grandmother leaving an indoor play center called Mighty Jumps in Atlanta Monday and went in hard with moon bounces and flying children.
