Lee Thompson Young dead at 29
An actor noted for a Disney character he portrayed in the late ’90s has died. TMZ reports that Lee Thompson Young was found dead in his Hollywood home from what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Young’s body was reportedly discovered by a landlord who went to check on the actor after he was a no-show for his current role in TNT’s “Rizzoli & Isles.”
He was 29 years old.
Before landing his current acting gig, Young portrayed Disney character Jett Jackson in “The Famous Jett Jackson” and had a starring role in 2004’s “Friday Night Lights.”
