Had my first international trip this year after two canceled prior. I skipped New York Fashion Week’s opening to visit TIFF ‘13, for the non-cinema lovers, it’s an acronym for Toronto International Film Festival (You’ll have to check back later for coverage on films reviewed and parties crashed).
In case you haven’t visited Toronto, it’s the largest city in Canada located in the Ontario province. A vibrant city filled with young faces eager to take on the world, it can be likened to Chicago and New York — but arguably much cleaner.
I hit the ground running when I landed at Toronto Pearson Airport and ended things quietly on Sunday with brunch, a visit to the museum and a little window-shopping with this über-popular and tony Parisian named Louis.
