    The only thing about Tennessee on this list that surprises me, is that it isn’t number 1. They over pay in food stamps and give it to everyone, give tenncare, hud, disability, you name it. That’s why people make it a full time job. Let me tell you, it’s impossible to get cut off too. Even when the state is told about fraud. Crime/domestic violence is also a common occurrence and again- Tennessee state will look the other way. If you’re looking for these traits in a state, move to East Tennessee. You will fit right in!
