Brittish Williams’ online boutique has an F score with the Better Business Bureau

Brittish Williams of “Basketball Wives L.A.” recently went on a Twitter tirade after her online boutique was blasted for receiving a grade F with the Better Business Bureau.

The 24-year-old reality star is the proud owner of Love of Labels boutique which sells costume jewelry, shoes and party dresses. Unfortunately for the young business woman however, her customers have called in complaints to the BBB, ranging from shipping problems to failure to resolve product issues.

Several of the complaints claimed that Love of Labels assured them that their products would be received within 14 days and when this did not happen, the boutique refused to issue them a refund.

“I purchased a $62.00 all white blazer and according to their policy I should’ve received it within 14 business days. Over a month later, I’m still battling with the company to receive a full refund which is also their policy,” wrote one upset customer.

Another disgruntled customer told the Better Business Bureau that when they spoke with a rep for the company they had an attitude and made a remark about “being a black woman just like her.”

“I called back to cancel my order and she told me they don’t do cancellations. We went back and forth about her attitude and she said to me, “Ma’am I’m a black woman just like you,” wrote the customer. ” I told her that I was not black and asked where she was going with her statement.”

Reps for the company claim to have resolved all issues.

In addition to the boutique drama, Williams has been accused of having an $1,800 tax lien pending against her. None too pleased by the swarm of bad press surrounding her name, the reality starlet exploded on Twitter.

“Yes we have a F rating with the BBB,” wrote Williams. “We aren’t accredited with them, […] Like any new company that is actually making money you have to organize; work out the kinks to make it grow!”

She then added that people enjoy turning her into the “crazy, ghetto” Brittish.
