In 1990, Oprah Winfrey moved into Harpo Studios located in Chicago’s West Loop. The 3.5-acre campus encompasses four buildings and will sell for $32 million to developer Sterling Bay in the next 30 days, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

In 2011, Chicago’s Mayor Richard Daley named the street outside Harpo Studios “Oprah Winfrey Way.”

The studio, where 200 are employed, will remain on the campus for the next two years.
