My motivation is my mom. my mom has been the backbone of my career and the rock of everything that I have done. my mother is my biggest supporter. What are the dos and don’ts for young women in business?

Some of the dos are being consistent, be yourself and don’t let anyone define who you. At this stage of my career, I would say find a sponsor versus a mentor. That sponsor will lift you as they are climbing as well. Do not let anyone make you feel less valuable than what you are because of your age. Age doesn’t define you.
