Andrew Michael Nisbet, 32, is currently in Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, Calif., facing multiple charges of child molestation. The former golf coach has been charged with more than 75 felony counts of child sexual abuse. Now he can add murder for hire to those charges. A jailhouse informant helped Nisbet make contact with a law enforcement officer posing as a hit man, because apparently Nisbet wanted at least three of his alleged victims dead.

According to Alameda County District Attorney Inspector Jeff McCort, Nisbet wrote several letters from jail requesting that his victims be” taken care of.” The contents of the letter were discovered by a fellow convict who informed the sheriff’s department.  Law enforcement then set up a sting where an undercover officer visited Nisbet in jail and initial arrangements were made to kill the victims. Nisbet went so far as to name the victims and was in possession of driving directions to one of the victim’s home.

Nisbet was convicted of sexually assaulting boys between the ages of 12 and 17 between 2009 and 2012.  He was a well-known golf instructor who trained students in Michigan, North Carolina, Mississippi and Alabama, according to law enforcement authorities. Because of his latest actions, he now faces three felony counts of solicitation of murder.
