Mary J. Blige took over the stage at the 20th Essence Festival in New Orleans on Sunday , July 6, singing her ballads “No More Drama,” “You Remind Me,” “Take Me As I Am,” “Just Fine” and more. Fans sang every word with her and she fed off of their energy, dancing around the stage. Eventually she slowed it down but faithful fans stayed until the very end.
