Naya Rivera bounced back rather quickly, don’t cha think?
Three months after breaking her engagement with rapper Big Sean, the “Glee” star has tied the knot with Ryan Dorsey. According to People, Rivera and Dorsey were married on July 19 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in front of what was reportedly only a small group of close family.
“We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife,” the couple told People. “Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for.”
Rivera had been dating Big Sean for around eight months when they announced their engagement back in October. Both Sean and Rivera seemed to be fairly open when talking about their relationship and things seemed to be going fine until they suddenly ended things in April.
But it looks like Rivera found whatever she was looking for with Dorsey, a longtime friend to the starlet.
Dorsey is an actor who has appeared in small guest roles on shows like TNT’s “Southland” and NBC’s “Parks and Recreaction.” He’s making his feature debut early next year in Blood Father, which will star Mel Gibson and William H. Macy.
