Apollo Nida may have been sentenced to eight years in prison, but that hasn’t kept him off his hustle. According to RadarOnline, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member has launched a fitness program from jail.

Per the website, Nida Fitness 4% was created in an effort to promote one hour of exercise a day; claiming that four percent is only one hour out of a 24-hour-day. Along with the program, Nida has also launched a website, itsonly4percent.com, where on-the-go professionals can purchase waterproof USB wristbands to help stay fit no matter their location or busy schedule.

In a promotional video for Nida Fitness 4%, the troubled reality star also sends a message to his haters, telling them not to rip off his brand’s idea. A tall order for a man in his sticky position, but we get it.

On July 8, Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison for cashing stolen checks, identity theft and laundering money through bogus bank accounts.
