According to TMZ, as Scott claimed, there really was a deal between Traxx Girls and Brown for the singer to appear at their party. However, sources say the details of the appearance never reached Brown.

As previously reported, Scott claimed that Brown’s team claimed that the photos they used of Brown in their promotional flyers looked too feminine. Sources say that the talent agency that booked Brown for the party claimed that Traxx Girls breached their contract by using the wrong photos of Brown, so they declined to even tell him about the deal.

The sources say that both sides want to settle the issue and Brown’s team has agreed to return the $12,500 deposit they received for Brown to appear. However, Traxx Girls claims that they haven’t gotten their money back yet and if they don’t they plan to sue Brown.
