BIBO is an acronym that stands for Beauty In Beauty Out. The 501c3 nonprofit organization was created by Traci Campbell. The BIBO Awards seek to recognize dynamic women demonstrating leadership in their communities and celebrate “real role models.”

The BIBO Awards tour wrapped up in Chicago at The National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture in the Humbolt Park neighborhood of the city. Thirteen dynamic woman were honored for their exceptional service to their communities and families. All of these women represent various walks of life and represent a standard of women who strive for excellence in what they do and bringing people along with them in order to tap their own greatness.
